Shipping policy
For AP™ merchandise purchased on our online store:

*If order has already been processed, you MUST follow return procedures below. DO NOT reject package. Refund or credit will not be processed.
For AP™ merchandise purchased on our online store, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24-48 hours after the order is placed. If your item is in stock then the warehouse and USPS process the orders, which can take an additional 12 to 24 hours.Items can also be shipped from our manufacturers. When the manufacturer and/or our out of US warehouses and/or China Post process the orders, it can take an additional 1–4 days.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. If shipped from the US it can take 5 to 10 business days.
Holiday Seasons and Sale Items:
Please allow between 15-45 days for your order to arrive. If more than 45 days have passed please email us at
sales@anthonypatrick.org to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.
We have a 30-day return policy on most of our items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please contact us to be given your Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Please write this on the shipping label.

* To be eligible for a refund or credit, you MUST return package to address on Return Label emailed to you or to the address listed at bottom of this page.
* To be eligible for a refund or credit, you MUST follow return procedures. DO NOT write your own return label. Refund or credit will not be processed.
* To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. * it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
* To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
* To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged. We do not accept refunds if you change your mind.
* Sale items are not eligible for refunds. If an item is discounted, it can not be refunded.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
